Joe: We are going to make a Chocolate Volcano Cake. Female Speaker: No way. Joe: Yeah. What do you think? Do you think they'll like that Reuben? Reuben: Yeah. I was very surprised. I didn't even know we are going to make it. Female Speaker: A cake with a hole is all you need. So a bun is the perfect shape, and plenty of frosting will make it a mountain. The secret to this Hot Lava Cake is actually very cold. Joe: Dry ice. Female Speaker: We put that in the cake. Joe: This is what that cup is all about. Female Speaker: What exactly is dry ice? Joe: Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide. It's everything that you and I breathe out everyday. The same thing that we put into soda to make root beer, to make sodas, carbon dioxide is frozen at 190 degrees below 0. Put a nice chunk in there, a little bit of water. Now we have a volcano. If you want a little bit more, you put a little bit more water. I want to make a bubble little bit more. Female Speaker: I am very confident going into this party. I think Reuben and his friends are going to have some amazing stories to tell once this party is over.
