How to Freeze Stock The great thing about stock is that it will keep for a long time in the freezer. I like to portion the stock in the premeasured containers for easy use later. One of my best tricks is to pour the stock into large sealable bags. An easy way to do this is to put the bag into a jug first. Then remove the air from the bag. I call this clap packs because if you freeze them flat, the save heat, some space in the freezer. Just remember to label them so you know what’s what later.
