How to Do a Snake Chest in Fitness Belly Dance On behalf of TVLesson.com, my name is Janet. I’m a dance instructor at goddesstore.com. Today, I’m going to show you how to do snake chest in fitness belly dance. You’re going to bend your knees and your abs are going to be in at all times. Bend your knees try to put your chest up slow. When you lend up, your lower abs has to be in and then you press it you’re going up just like arching your back. When you’re arching your back, your shoulder starts going up, and remember, your lower abs has to be in all the times. You lend back and then you go forward one more time, shoulder forward going in, putting the chest up. It’s a little bit tricky but I know you can do it. So tighten your abs, go forward, chest up, abs in, arch your back, so you’re working your lower abs with upper abs, and your lower back. So I’m going to move more like you listening to music. You’re going to go, one, up, arch, then back. Lend again tighten your abs, up, now you’re going to extend your arms, showing your body and go. One, two and back, bend your knee, tighten your abs, go forward. Now, as you get this step you’re going to put a little speed on it. So it’s like one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and one, two, three, four, how you can see your abs, I’m working at all the time that what is called fitness belly dance. When you’re finished, you just go back. And this is your final position and you have can abs in at all times. One more, one, and two and this is how you do snake chest in fitness belly dance.
