How to Do a Hip Side Move in Fitness Belly Dance On behalf of TVLesson.com, my name is Janet. I’m a dance instructor at goddesstore.com. Today, I’m going to show you how to do hip side in belly dance fitness. You’re going to be bending your knees tightening your abs and it’s really powerful. So you’re going to go with your leg, with all the power your leg and go up really strong. So I’m going to go up, your hip is move with your leg. Your leg is not moving your hip. Let’s do it, up, up, up, up, but I keep that so many times that you need up, up, up. Now I want you to do the drop, drop, drop, drop, drop without moving your body. Now we’re going to do something different. When you go up you’re now go forward, you’re going to go up and you’re going to drop back. Up, forward, up, back, up, forward, up, back. Now, I’m going to do give it really very powerful. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, your legs had not moved. It’s just your hip. And remember extend your arms and show them really slow, the moment that you’re going to switch, when you go forward and then when you go back is when you use to switch and come back forward again.
