Rachel Hollis: I'm Rachel Hollis, your guide to chic living. Today I am going to show you a creative way to decorate and display Easter eggs with glitter. So the first thing we're going to do is hard boil some eggs. I'm going to put my eggs in to the water like this and bring them to boil and that's going to keep eggs from cracking. I'm going to take the hard boiled egg I got a throw away cup. I am going to put the egg down inside just take your glue spray right down inside be careful of those fumes, they are strong and then sprinkle your glitter over the top. This is my patented spin maneuver and it spins it to the part of the egg that isn't covered yet, spray a little bit more this is a messy process, so be ready to be glitterfied. You want to try and touch the egg as little as possible until it's dried, other wise you're going to leave finger prints. And I'm just going to let them dry in the egg carton, it's also great storing it back in the fridge when you're done. Please remember as you are going to use these in decoration that they're hard boiled eggs you have to keep them in a fridge until they are ready to go on display. I'm actually going to take these gorgeous eggs that I made and fill this space with them, rather than have to make 27 dozen glitter eggs, actually just went to the craft store and got some better the same color scheme as the ones that I made it's going to look full with that having to spend 10 hours. If you place your eggs in a low dish or bowl, it works perfectly as a coffee table piece. Another fun way to use your glitter eggs is to actually use it as a place setting it's a couple of mismatched Easter plates with a napkin, I wrote on the name tag so everyone knows where they're sitting and then just use my egg as a little place setting and it's a super cute, this a unique and affordable way to celebrate the season in style.
