I love making my guests feel welcome like they just stepped into the finest bed and breakfast and one of the best ways to pamper overnight guests is in the bathroom. And think presentation. It’s absolutely everything. Always put out fresh towels but think about the way you present them. I’ve taken just pretty ribbon and I’m going to tie it in a very simple bow and trim the ends of the ribbon so that it looks pretty. Then add a bar of soap, a wonderful fresh bar is always nice. Isn’t that lovely? Also think about the things that they might need while they’re here. Everything from shampoo to conditioner, bath salts, just think about the things that we use in everyday life, it makes them feel really important. Now I’ve got another tip that’s kind of a fun thing that kids can even help with. I’m taking a wonderful little hand towel and this is pretty simple. I’m going to lay it out and you grab it not quite halfway, you fold it like this and match the sides and them I’m going to flip it over, flip that side this way and then the other side that way. Then I’m going turn that over and look at this, I made a great little pocket to house things. One of the things that I like to for sure put in there is a toothbrush, maybe some toothpaste and here’s some wonderful guest size shampoos and cream rinses, it’s like a special little resort gift. It’s so easy and it’s so easy to quick to do. Then maybe just a step further, how about a wonderful pair of warm fuzzy slippers. Tell me that’s not a fabulous way to greet your guests.
