[Music playing] This is the quick hands drill. This could be done seated or standing. The purpose of this drill is to get the ball out of your glove quickly and make the play. We are going to try the sitting first. Keith, why don’t you grab the ball. I will show you first, and then you can do it with me. Let us sit with our legs apart and have our glove in front of us, just pass the ball, catch, and get through a throwing position, okay? Try it. There you go. You better do it quick now—catch, throw and position. It is very tough when you are sitting, but that is how we work on it. Right—point, point. Do it again. Now stop, let me see your seams. That is right. We want to grab the seams as well, because that is how we are going to have accuracy with our throw. Now, you really want to work on twisting—try and get your body in position to throw properly, as quickly as you can. Obviously, the first that we want to do is catch, then we want to grab the seams and get into our throwing position. Remember what we said before. Make sure that the ball is facing outward and our knuckles are to the sky. Everything ties in—thumbs to the thigh, knuckles to the sky.
