I’m a movie critic and I love everything those about being one specially the food at the session stand. I indulge in popcorn, candy and soda and I love it so much my weight balloon to 260 pounds and eventually I landed in a hospital. In early November of last year I had a sharp pain in my stomach and I spent three days on the hospital what happen was, I had a inflamed intestine and when I finally calm down into the third day and they let me go I pretty much said to myself you know this could have been very, very serious and I don’t want to go for that again. But I did was I basically took a look in everything I ate and drunk that was bad for me and cut them out. No soda, absolutely no soda not even diet soda, good foods are use as good fuel to give you energy and keep you going throughout the day. Fruits and vegetables in particular broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, apples, whole grains like brown rice, walnuts specifically cashews that’s what I like. Now for dinner I both have grilled chicken or salmon and make sure they are lean of meat do not rise in fat and make sure they’re skinless. You do need at least some sort of high protein in your diet and that’s why three times a week I’ll eat either grilled chicken or grilled salmon. Will the program I found that work best for me was calisthenics a squats that push of mix in with yoga stretches. I do it about four times a week and it only takes me a half hour a day to do it. Sometimes I do 45 minutes, sometimes I do an hour it depends all up my schedule as early the day I guess very crazy but I try to do as much as I can. Well everything started in about three months, I’ve loss 45 pounds and down from 260 to 215 pounds now and more on the way done in the interviews recently and you know if want some really, really attractive scream queens and the first thing is saw you is wow you loss a lot of weight you are great I mean that is my confidence boost around my wonders so returning to my former lifestyle. I don’t see it happening I mean you know diet are very strictly because it can be tempting when you get to a certain point or you look you want to reward yourself by according on a foods that you had that’s why it’s very important to find foods that you eat, that you like that are good for you. So, what I want to do is to keep all with the exercise and keep eating right and keep living actively and just enjoy life and just be happy with everything.
