Try a small fruit tree or plants, a favorite CD or maybe a book that goes along with the evening scene. If you do bring flowers do the host a favor and put them in the vase already arrange. Dress apart; make sure you follow the dress code but always ere on the side of the fun. And follow up with the handwritten note; it’s a perfect final touch.
