Melanie Raposo :Hi every body I'm Melanie Raposo, and welcome to the pregnancy show, you can't talk about the new year without mentioning the new years resolution, and normally when some one makes a new years resolution they give something up, but today we are doing things a little differently, with the help of life coach, and author Judy Librach, we give you moms out there's, some positive new years resolutions you'll want to bye, bye to help you and your family have a less stressful and happier year in 2008. Judy Librach: I think that the biggest resolution new years resolution, pick falls Melanie, or being to wage but we want and you know sort of Eric theory about it, it really helps to be specific, find the goal whether its being organized loosing weight starting a new exercise program, quitting smoking, falling more in love with your maid or finding more time for romance and your relationship, be very specific, and may be write down a list a wish list, of 10 top things that you could do to achieve that goal. Start there I would ask every body just a close your eyes and make one wish, a number one wish of what you want more than anything in your life right now in 2008, and I bet you if you make that wish, make it specific detailed, make an action plan, like if you are going to run a marathon, you wouldn't just start running, you would have to have a plan, I'm going to start by running 2 miles a day 3 miles a day and I'm going to work up to 10 miles in the sprint and then followed by may be long walk for a 20 miles and eventually you are going to get there and you are going to be else do that marathon. So make a plan for yourself, give use of a realistic time frame don't be wage about it be very specific and focus and I bet you that you will get exactly what you are looking for and your dreams will come true.
