[Music Playing] How to Age Well The physical body is made out of the food that we eat literally. What you put into your mouth becomes your body. So if you eat dough, if you eat the canned meat, if you eat dying corpses that is what you become. It is that simple. If you eat live food, if you eat low in the food chain, so is the cause of least amount of harm. If you eat foods that have a vitality and nutrients, if you grow those food yourself, if they are organic, then you become that pure essence and that shows. It shows in the skin and in the eyes, in the way the appearance of the body, the stature of the body. Also why you eat is very important because we find that many people in America and in the world are overweight. It shows that the motivation for their eating is basically a selfish motivation, that they are trying to hoard within the body a store house for some future deprivation, I guess. So why you eat, what you are eating, probably are the two most important factors in how you look and how you age. I think exercise is important too, but compared to diet, it is much lesser.
