Andrew Epstein: I had to go to Saint Louise and teach a one minute lesson and then be interviewed with 14 other candidates and talk about how we would—how we would make a different teaching from America. As accepted to be a teacher in New York and then you fly to Houston and you spend five weeks from 08:00 AM until 06:00 PM and into the night teaching, a summer school program and being taught how to be a teacher. It's a really incentive booth camp kind of teacher training. Erik Michielson: What was most challenging for you as you go on to that training? Andrew Epstein: We were in the classroom—three and and then we planned from—-and we went to lectures and workshops and then we had to plan again. I remember thinking business intense you know. I hope I can do this and then after five weeks, I have to do this.
