Mick Gehnrich: Hi Hope, the difference between Champagne and Sparkling Wine is that Champagne has to come from the region of Champagne in France. Sparkling Wine, they come from anywhere else. They are pretty close with the same thing except for that difference right there. They are both going to have the upper essence; they are both going to have the bubbles. They are both going to have that pop when you open them up.
