Host: How should students dress when visiting colleges? Jerome Cole: I think, weather appropriate obviously. You should dress nice, it should be casual, it shouldn t be a shirt and tie and that unless, you wear a shirt and tie everyday. So, a nice pair of slacks, a nice shirt, be presentable, but you don t want to dress up. You don t want to wear things that you don t normally wear because you are going to be uncomfortable and trust me, the college rep will immediately recognize that and so you have done yourself a disservice. So, I would say dress casually, but be presentable.
