We have a mix reaction but the answer is false. You false are right. Short women can totally get away with long dresses. In fact if the fabrics are flowy, loose and the texture is a very small and print you can actually look taller with a great wedge or heel. And they're perfect for summer or spring. They just give you that long cascading look. So my adorable short ladies out there, you can rock out these long dresses.
