For most of my adult life I was overweight and at my heaviest I weight 340 pounds. Over the past three years I’ve loss 140 pounds and now I weight 210 pounds and I feel like a brand new here today. Well as back to my whole life is was overweight when I was seven years old, I live in a household where food wasn’t exactly important it was just what you had to eat so we are waiting for salad or fruits and vegetables. I was a home body so being in home eating veggies, chips and plan don’t you call all day when they really exactly they are the ordinary. When I got to college you now I loss weight in college because I felt pressure to be thinner around you know other people our peers but then we have to get a beer. I was diagnose with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, I was asthmatic when I was a kid become a follower for most of my life because was so heavy I couldn’t move properly so I had hard time breathing. I surprise that I was okay for as long as I was and off course the hard to take happen. After everything I had to change, everything I ate so I throughout all my junk food, all my chips, all my comfort food, sweets chocolate all right have to go. A place of fruits of vegetables, lean meats, turkey, fish, chicken my diet went from high carbs and high sugar and high fat to high protein different carbs of brown rice, wheat breed, wheat pasta, yum thing that broke down slow in the body so I didn’t need to have a lot of food that makes less to go. I want to eat maybe two meals a day, two big meals a day to 46 more meals a day in that way my body’s metabolism was under pick up and burn and what it need to burn. On top of that we seek a treasure team, first is to something small just walk around in neighborhood until my body are condition to had more that it went to walk into running then weight can do, going into play I mean everyday is in different I mean I do running in the cardio and tons and tons, and tons of cardio I mean if anything else and that seems would be the thing that makes people not when I loss weight is the part of going out and sweetened and moving around. That you have to do it because you don’t want to buy if it work for you so once I again I happen to that it was one or two parts with changing diet and changing exercises and routine of that nature if became my body turn into furnish and everything I was doing to step up. No amount of gym time, no amount of dieting, and no amount of information you can have is work anything unless you have the dedication and the desire to make it happen for you and nobody can give that to you. You don’t have to set up for being fat and I did that for years and I almost causing my life. Now, you can pay me to go back to that.
