Tim: Hi, I'm Tim and I'm from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Should I store sperm at a sperm bank before getting treated for testicular cancer? Dr. Mark Litwin: Well Tim if you don’t have children yet and you think you might want to in the future, we do recommend that you store semen at a semen bank before treatment for testicular cancer. Now you don’t need to store the semen before the removal of your testicular tumor but you do need to store it before the radiation, surgery or chemotherapy on your lymphnodes.
