How Breast Feeding Affect Your Breasts Pam: I am Pam from Clear Water Florida and I have breastfed two beautiful children. Is there anything I can do except plastic surgery to make my breast look more like they did before the children were born? Brian Rinker: Well, Pam that is a very good question and I wish I had better news to tell you but the fact is that once these affects of gravity and age in child birth have occurred to your body, it really is it reversible other than to surgery. There is a lot of talk about exercise and working out the pectoralis muscles, trying to boost up the breast, I do not really believe that that is true. The evidence we have is that, that does not really having effect on the actual breast themselves. It makes sense because the breasts are attached to the overlying skin but they are really has no connection between the muscle and the breast. So, unfortunately they probably is not really anything you can do other than seeking a surgical correction if you wish to go that around.
