Hope for Couples Who Tried to Get Pregnant Hi I'm Martin Bastuba and I am a medical doctor who is an urologist and specifically I like to consider myself a reproductive urologist. I work with patients from around the world who want to start a family together. I also work on patients with sexual dysfunction mainly males in that category. I mainly work out of the Alvarado Hospital here in Southern California and the more specifically in the San Diego City area. Well if there's one message that I want to get across is that there is hope for virtually every couple who wants to start a family together. And so many times to the years I have couples come to me where they have been told by well meaning physicians, experienced physicians that there was no hope that maybe after 10 years following a vasectomy that they're no longer making sperm or other type of misinformation, it’s simply is not true. So that the main message I have above all is that a couple should not give up until they really feel like they’ve talked to an experts that can answer all their questions.
