On ‘Hoarders,’ viewers met Ruth, a woman from St. Louis whose house has gotten out of control. Dr. Robin Zassio of the show said Ruth was the "most tragic" situation she'd ever dealth with. Ruth still has her daughters, but her husband died suddenly in the house, seemingly of lung cancer. Her oldest son, Frankie, died of a heart attack three years later, and only months later, her other son, Todd, hung himself in Ruth’s bathroom. Now, items like her husband’s clothes remain.
