This cocktail is called the Ginger Rogers. It is a house specialty that was developed when the restaurant opened about nine years ago by Marker Dan and to this day, it is still probably our best selling cocktail. So with the Ginger Rogers, we have fresh mint, house-made ginger syrup, lime juice, gin, and ginger beer. So I have about 10 to 12 leaves of mint in a glass. I'm going to and add a little bit of house-made ginger syrup and meddle that together. I'm going to add some gin, juice of a half of lime, just squeeze it straight in to the very last drop, a little bit of ice, top it off with some ginger beer and stir. And lastly, lime wedge.
