Hopefully, you can learn from my latest which is a little embarrassing. I was breaking out a lot, I went to a dermatologist, got a prescription cream, sure enough, it did the trick, it’s working, I was looking good until one day I look in the mirror and I realize that I was breaking out on my neck. So, I thought about what my mom had always told me, “Do not forget about your neck”. Mom was right. Really simple, when you’re putting on your sun screen, your acne cream, and your night cream, whatever, put it on your face and do not forget about your neck.
