Hi! This is Mike Callahan, Dr. File Finder and welcome back to our special buttescotch.com 10-part series on Google Earth. In this segment, we’re going to look at the new feature and version five called tours. Say you have a couple of routes here on Google Earth that you’d like to share with family or friends. What you can do is make a tour of it. So, I’m here at the Grand Canyon, I’ve put a pin there so I could keep my place then go up here in the toolbar to the camera icon. Now, it puts a little record button and microphone down here, you just push the record button, starts to record your tour. So, we’re going to go today from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas. So, we’re zooming, whooping around and here we go one of the cities that never sleep and now just for fun we’re going to shoo down over to London. Cross the ocean and here we are, so now I can click stop. If I want I can play my tour back. So, you can see it’s following, taking me to those places that I went to. This is the great way to show friends and family things that you’ve found on Google earth, things that you want to share with them and lots more. Keep in mind that this is part of a multiple part series and be sure to listen to all 10 parts.
