Hollyscoop.com's Diana Madison (Twitter: @dianamadison) caught up with 'Dancing With The Stars' dancers, Maksim Chmerkovskiy & Tony Dovolani at the 2010 American Music Awards. They give us the scoop as to why Bristol Palin is still in the game. Their answer has a lot to do with Sarah Palin.

Diana Madison: Bristol Palin isn’t pretty well on Dancing with the Stars. Now, we all know that she’s not the best dancer but I want to know why fans keep voting for her on the show. We’re going to find out. Why do you think Bristol Palin is still on? Maksim Chmerkovskiy: I don’t really care. Diana Madison: But that’s like a mystery, why do you think she’s still on? Maksim Chmerkovskiy: People vote. Diana Madison: What do you think it is about her that people are voting for? Maksim Chmerkovskiy: I highly doubt that it’s anything about her; I think it’s more of her mom but you know it is what it is. Diana Madison: Do you feel like it’s her mom’s—? You can tell me. Maksim Chmerkovskiy: No, yeah, no, I totally think it’s the association obviously but honestly, I don’t really care who wins, who takes here or doesn’t. My winner got voted off last week and that’s my opinion. Diana Madison: We’re just talking about why Bristol Palin is still on. Tony Dovolani: Well, you know, I’m sure it’s designed where the audience really truly has a voice and I guess the audience wanted to see Bristol, so they got nothing to complain about. Diana Madison: He thinks the mom’s family has a lot to do with it, what is your thought? Tony Dovolani: I mean of course, that’s how she’s known is because of her mom but it doesn’t take away from the fact that she’s worked her tail off. I mean she doesn’t take it for granted. She goes out there and puts an effort. What are you going to do? I mean this was the season that was a shock in eliminations. We had interesting things. People that thought we’re going to go home the first week, make it to the finals, so I mean it’s an entertaining show. Diana Madison: Who do you think is going to win? Tony Dovolani: I’m actually really for Kyle. I think he’s the one that has had the right attitude right from the beginning and it’s carried it on throughout the entire thing.
