Dr. Cook's Participation in Multiple Birth Deliveries We used to see a lot more of the higher order multiples before people reduced the number of embryos transferred. So, I remember in 1997 we had seven sets of quads that we delivered, quadruplet pregnancies or four fetuses that number is decreasing. Now we may do one or two sets of quadruplets in a year and that’s shared amongst my partners and then we might do a dozen sets of triplets, again, shared amongst my partners and many twins. So, that would be sort of hard for me to remember exactly how many, but I have a set of twins laboring right now that I will be delivering later today.
