Dani Marco: Let’s talk about comfort and elegance. Two of the most important quality, catering is the world—from Cipriani family. And who would be entertained with some of the most legendary names in Hollywood, Elizabeth Taylor—Humphrey Bogart. And as we chiefly—internationally, they continue to keep this for fame. Giuseppe Cipriani: The secret of our success is the service really, the food was good and the atmosphere was actually good then they’d come back. And what we want to make sure is that when they leave, they have at least as many of this good experience as they can. It’s a lot of work but it’s a lot of fun too so you get to meet everyday new interesting people. Of course, the more you can the probably the better you attribute. But the real challenge is to treat someone that comes in the first time he has been there forever. You drive in a very short period of time, you have an hour and hour like enough and if you’d make a mistake, it’s very difficult to do it. It’s being simple. Be simple in your food and be simple in your décor and when I say simple, I mean don’t go with what’s fashionable and stick to your origin. Dani Marco: This is one of Cipriani’s most famous dishes, beef carpaccio. It’s like paper thin and drizzled with a light mustard sauce. Let’s give it a try. No wonder this is one of Cipriani’s most signature dishes. Giuseppe Cipriani: And the important thing to do is not to take your self too seriously. Again, at the end of the day—and you have to show people real love and attention—and they have tough customers but they appreciate work, you know, it’s a city where everybody works and when they see that you are good, they appreciate and they follow you.
