What I'm fixing to do is from the lady and son’s macaroni and cheese. I'm going to wrap in bacon and were going to deep fry it. So here go you all this ones ice cold it’s been in the refrigerator because it has to get hard and set all right. I'm going to cut this into squares just like that. Come on up there it is it popped great. Now im going to take these four squares and before I dip in drench I'm going to take my bacon and I'm going to wrap my bacon around this macaroni and cheese. And I'm going to secure it using a toothpick. There its funny a lot of recipes you know kind of come to you by accident because when you're in the kitchen cooking. You keep the thinking and before you know it you’ve created a whole different recipe from the one that you started with. So a lot of times good recipes happen this at dinner go away. I've got my macaroni overheat with my bacon. Now I'm just going to square them with these until the eggs up. Okay! So in the flour our macaroni goes. All right! Mix up into our egg this goes were going to make sure we get it coated all over. All right into a cracker cramps we wanted our temperature at 350 so it would cool down as soon I add our Mac and cheese and bacon to it. All right! So let’s go ahead and roll this in the bread crump. I'm cooking in peanut oil to day because you know I do a lot of my fining pina dole. I had to think it has a lot of flavor. Okay so the last the one in the pan it goes. And I'm going to give my hands a quick wash because they really, really goopy. Okay so I'm going to come over here and well see this is not going to take to fry up just a few minutes and its ready that quickly you all. Look at this! Take a look and well see what we've got. That sounds beautiful. This is really, really good.
