Cross Reality Show Episode 4 - Colorado State Championship Joe DePaemelaere: Yeah, I’m Joe DePaemelaere and I’m the owner and builder of Primus Mootry bicycles in Longmont, Colorado. And what I have here is Amy Dombroski’s first bike which he approached me about 10 days ago to build her some frames for the rest of the season. So I kind of scrambled to put some together, but I was able to make some aluminum and carbon fiber and for a rider her small size, it’s a great mix to have. So you get some comfort back into the back instead of getting beat up at an aluminum bike which was a concern for her as far as not getting bounced around too much out in the bumpy trails, letting just about 15 pounds on a complete weight of the bike. Because it’s middle of the season, we didn’t want to change too much as far as the sizing and the fit goes on the bike. So she’s supplying me with the numbers as she needed to build the bike around. So I built it to that. Amy Dombroski: Actually when I hopped on to that, I looked down to make sure I was on the new bike to make sure because the fit was just spot on and I mean that’s kind of the hardest part about getting new equipment. It’s kind of bitter sweet to get new equipment because it’s like new and clean and it’s the newest thing out there and everything but at the same time getting everything dialed is the hardest part.
