Amanda: Hi! I am Amanda from Lexington Kentucky, my husband and I are just thinking about starting a family and I know when I breastfeed for the health of the baby, but I do wonder what effect is breastfeeding that I have on my figure? Brian Rinker: Well Amanda that's a good question, I think a lot of women have that have on their mind as well. And that's why we did the study to look at the effects of breastfeeding on breast appearance. And from out study it looks like, there isn't a connection between breastfeeding, Breast Ptosis or breast sagging pregnancy will cause that and we know that, but it doesn't look like, breastfeeding makes it any worse. So I would say if breastfeeding is something you want to do. It's a wonderful thing to do, don't let fears about effects on your body be deterrent to you. So go for it.
