Advice for Overweight Women What I say to that woman is I want you to love yourself, love yourself first and in recognize okay, if you don’t really feel the motivation and you’re okay with it. First of all look though is it healthy, are you healthy, don’t you care for yourself enough that you want to be healthy that how long do you want to live? Whenever you’re older, do you want to have diabetes, do you want to have arthritis, do you want to have chronic fatigue syndrome. You have to look at all these things, so first of all love yourself enough to say I want to take care of my body and you don’t have to be a crazy fitness person. Just set reasonable goals for yourself and start there.
